Order cancellation – We can cancel order as long as the item has not been shipped. There is a maximum 2 days timeframe for customer to cancel an order beyond that, there is no way for us to cancel the order as the package has already been forwarded and shipped. We also want to let you know that if we cancel an order we will deduct a 20% fee to cover up the processing fee from our merchant.

Please be advised to return back the item within time frame, we deduct charges base on the date you sent back the item by shipper’s acceptance of item.

  • it’s FREE, because we are shipping from different shipping warehouses overseas.
  1. Do you ship internationally?
  • We currently ship to other countries and estimated delivery is within 15-40 days.

  1. How long does it take for an order to arrive?
  • For US it takes about 10-15 days
  • Other countries estimated delivery is 20-50 days.
  1. I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?
  • Since we ship on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.
