Tried removing hair, and it worked. But the epilator doesn’t get rid of the bottom portion of the hair so you can still see the black roots at the bottom. Also doesn’t come with a AA battery. Good packaging and product material itself is good quality. The top is a little hard to open / close, but still overall a decent product.

Looks good and fast delivery. The original head is a bit damaged and don’t fit well on the body. Good that I ordered two replacement head in the same order.

Delivery approx 6 weeks to Ireland. You can tell its a fake flawless against the real one. sounds alot louder and quality not as good but seems to work just fine amd results pretty much the same as the real one.

There’s no battery in the battery slot. The unit doesn’t work. When the switch is on, only the light is on. The blades doesn’t move. Please advise what to do.
